Opened as the first distillery in Loudon county since Prohibition, this is a purely modern business - solar panels provide 85% of the distilleries electrical needs. Owners give in-depth and enthusiast tours including the processes of fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. Tours and tastings are just $5; a $10 tour offers brandies and cocktails made with their small batch whiskeys; try their most popular Roundstone Rye, a four-month aged 100-percent rye whiskey.
