Moving up north of the city for the last fall beer on the list also brings us back to the seasonal cliché of pumpkin…but with a twist. This Belgian Amber Ale is also brewed with squash from local farms in the area, and it features Belgian Ale Yeast from Newburgh, too. Pale, rye, and brown malt contribute to the medium body, along with Hersbrucker and Mittlefruh hops.
