For the fourth year in a row, Campari and Imbibe Magazine are rolling out the red-cocktail carpet for Negroni Week, where bars in cities throughout the world serve up a delicious classic cocktail to raise money for great charities.
The Negroni — a traditional, bitter drink made with equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth — is a beloved drink across the globe, and with this week-long event, bartenders can serve up traditional Negronis or their ideal twists on the cocktail and raise money for the charity of their choice at the same time. Each participating bar and restaurant will choose a different charity, which will receive a portion of their proceeds specifically from their Negroni Week specials. If you’re interested in a specific charity, simply look up the charity on the official Negroni Week website to see which bar is supporting it.
