Thankfully, insects won't be on the menu at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, but the new spot will feature drinks and food such as the “Hovito Mojito” and “Rolling Boulder Meatballs.” Vintage travel posters, mementos and letters between Jock and Indy will decorate the walls. Outside, visitors can drink and dine in Jock's old steamboat (a cleverly designed patio), named after his pet snake, Reggie.
The grand opening date has not yet been released, but with Disney developing a new chapter in the Indiana Jones series, it could be sooner rather than later. Try to arrive early in the day, though, because the space will only accommodate 150 at a time. Between the heat and the foot traffic in this location, those mojito orders will back up mighty quickly.
