Victory at Magnolia is exactly what a brewpub should be -- a mix of great beer and fantastic food in a welcoming space where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The brewpub is equipped with a seven-barrel brewing system. Now that most of the beer production has moved to Victory’s Parkesburg facility, the system at Magnolia will focus on turning out Kennett-exclusive beers. These brewpub exclusives will share space on the taps with year-round favorites, special seasonal releases and even a non-alcoholic house-made root beer. In addition those selections, guests can also enjoy multiple nitro and cask offerings.
And while the beer may be the main attraction, the menu at Magnolia is nothing short of delicious. The goal was to give Magnolia its own feel and not just duplicate the Downingtown menu. Head Chef Owen Kolva has developed a locally-inspired menu while still including signature Victory dishes like the ‘Wings of Victory’ served with house-made buttermilk bleu cheese dressing and the hand-tossed Brewery Pretzel served with spicy HopDevil beer cheese and Dusseldorf mustard. Kennett specials include the Kennett Mushroom Sandwich with roasted portobello, spiced eggplant, tomato chutney, Boursin cheese and fresh sprouts on toasted ciabatta and the Kennett Burger made with hormone and antibiotic-free certified Angus beef, pecan wood-smoked bacon, sauteed cremini mushrooms and melted Danish bleu cheese on toasted brioche. We hope you aren’t drooling too much right now.
Victory at Magnolia can host over 200 guests and will soon be able to host more when outdoor seating becomes available in just a few short weeks. The brewpub also features a retail space where guests can purchase beer, Victory gear and even beer-infused foods like beer cheese and beer ice cream.
The brewpub is open Monday through Saturday, 11 AM–12 AM and Sunday, 11 AM–10 PM.
