SAVOR is more than just an opportunity to drink lots of craft beer. SAVOR celebrates craft beer from near and far and also celebrates beer’s ability to pair well with just about any kind of dish. Executive Chef Adam Dulye has developed a menu of small plates that will be paired with beers from across the country.
Breweries big and small will be in attendance, some of which are not often found on East Coast taps. Look for beers by Surly, Lost Highway, Ninkasi, Cigar City and so many more. A full list of breweries is available here.
In addition to enjoying delicious food and beer pairings, guests can learn a thing or two at educational salons held both nights of the event. Topics range from barrel-aging to hop selection, cooking with beer to space beer and much more. A full lineup for salons can be found here.
SAVOR will return to the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. this year on June 5 and 6. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, March 25 at 12 PM EDT. Brewer’s Association members can purchase tickets starting Tuesday, March 24 at noon. Tickets run from $135–$155. More information can be found here.
