If you can’t get enough of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, the video shorts in which comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his funny friends enjoy conversation, a cup of coffee and a drive in a classic car, then you’re going to bust a gut laughing at Pedestrians In Bars Eating Toffee.
The just-launched video is currently burning up the trendosphere with its spot-on spoof of those Seinfeld spots. In it, Gabe Oppenheim meets Samuel Goldberg in a bar to discuss walking and share a little toffee.
In a near perfect parody, Oppenheim and Goldberg nail the Seinfeldian approach to comedy, mimicking to a T the look, feel and pacing of the Comedians In Cars segments. Though thoroughly funny, the hilarity begins to fade before the eight-and-a-half minute clip closes. Nonetheless, it’s still worth checking out.
