Pizzeria Vetri
The Vetri Family doesn't mess around when it comes to beverage pairings, and while Pizzeria Vetri might not be as swank as say, the $155 tasting menu at Vetri, they certainly don't skimp when it comes to pairing a fascinating selection of beers with their wood-fired pies. You could certainly go basic with a pizza-friendly Peroni, but why bother when you can have a Neshaminy Taste of Hops to Come or an Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose, the ideal mate for Pizzeria Vetri's mortadella, pistachio and ricotta rotolo.
