Boordy Vineyards — 23 miles from downtown
Boordy is synonymous with Maryland wine. From fun wines like the Viva Sangria (12%) to everyday wines like the Shiraz (12.5%) and high end wines like the Cabernet Franc reserve (13.6%), Boordy has something for everyone. Visit their beautiful winery just north of Baltimore in Hydes, MD for a tour or tasting any day of the week. The Summer Evening Concert Series will begin on May 31 and continue every Saturday night until August 30. Enjoy talented artists on the hill next to the winery and dance the night away, but be sure to get a ticket in advance — these concerts always sell out fast.
