As a cat owner, we know you’ve always wanted to share a bottle of wine with your cat(s) while watching the newest episode of Game of Thrones. But you also know that it would be a terrible idea, as both alcohol and grapes are terrible for pets. Now you’re in luck—a Denver-based company, Apollo Peak, has released a non-alcoholic wine for cats.
Founder Brandon Zavala knows just how bad grapes are, so he makes his “cat wine” with beets, a root that is safe for cats that mimics the color of wine. The Pinot Meow is made with red beets, while the Moscato is made with golden beets, so your cat has a choice between red and white wine.
