On his HBO show ‘Last Week Tonight’, comedian John Oliver voiced his opinion about Bud Light’s #UpForWhatever campaign. The campaign involves questionable slogans on Bud Light bottles paired with TV spots where people are handed a Bud Light and whisked away to play ping pong with Arnold Schwarzenegger or play life-size Pac Man.
On the most recent episode of ‘Last Week Tonight’, Oliver destroys this campaign and offers a much better alternative to Bud Light’s current commercials.
Here are just a few of the insults they came up with on the show. But feel free to come up with your own.
- "Bud Light tastes like a beer that someone already threw up."
- "Bud Light tastes like the flat soda that a homeless guy uses to rinse off birds."
- "Bud Light tastes like the scared urine of a rabbit."
