Another Rose-Infused Product Hits the Market: Frose Sorbet

by Jessie Donofrio on Mar 27, 2018 in Wine

We know exactly what you're thinking: “What the world needs is another rosé-infused product!” If Bon Jovi getting into the rosé business wasn’t enough for you, here's frosé sorbet!

Just in time for the summer of rosé (a.k.a every summer), Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has introduced their new frosé flavor. The pints of sorbet are made with a fruity rosé from Sonoma Valley’s Peregrine Ranch Winery. Its flavor profile includes strawberries, blackberry jam, lemon, watermelon and pear—and sadly less than .5% alcohol content. Jeni’s suggests pairing it with an actual boozy beverage like its inspiration, rose or a shot of tequila.

You can grab some of this booze-adjacent frozen treat at one of Jeni’s locations in Columbus, Cleveland, Nashville, Chicago, Atlanta, Charleston, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Washington, DC, and Charlotte. Don’t worry if you don’t live in any of those locations—the pints are available for purchase online for $12.
