A Negroni Fountain Now Exists in New York City

by The Drink Nation on Jul 6, 2017 in Liquor

Award-winning cocktail bar Dante, a New York institution, has teamed up with design and concept firm AvroKo to take over the currently empty Genuine restaurant space, and together, they have installed a Negroni fountain, according to Gothamist.

In Genuine’s former space, which is located on Grand Street in Little Italy, cocktail experts from the famous cocktail bar have outfitted the building with a constantly bubbling fountain serving Negronis to complement their “Summer of Spritz” pop-up, which focuses on Italian aperitivos and spirits. Guests can serve themselves (under the supervision of a bartender) with glasses located near the fountain, and each Negroni will go for $14. If Negronis aren’t your thing, you can stop by for other inventive aperitivo cocktails like Aperol Spritz Slushies, cucumber elderflower spritzes, and more.

Dante is famous for its Negronis, so there’s no better way to celebrate this classic Italian drink than by drinking it directly out of a fountain — head to Grand Street today for this highly Instagrammable classic cocktail served like you’ve never seen it before.
