Dogfish Head Announces Release Date of Punkin Ale and Handcrafted Punkin Growlers

Remember these awesome Punkin growlers from last year? Well, Dogfish Head announced yesterday that exactly 50 of these babies will be for sale this year on Tuesday, September 1 to coincide with the debut of Dogfish Head’s highly rated Punkin beer.

Each ceramic growler is handmade at Romanick Pottery and can only be purchased in Delaware. 25 growlers will be for sale at the brewpub in Rehoboth Beach and the other 25 will be for sale at the Dogfish Head brewery in Milton. Each growler is $175, and, yes, it does come filled with fresh Punkin Ale.

If you’re a Punkin or Dogfish fan but can’t make it to Delaware on September 1, Dogfish also announced they would have 350 hand-thrown Punkin mugs from Deneen Pottery available for sale online. Mugs are $25 each and go on sale on September 1.
