Red Owl Tavern Hosts The Macallan Event: 10 to Rare on March 24

If you love scotch, this educational evening of fine spirits and local fare is for you. Sample some of the world’s most renown scotches from The Macallan while enjoying local dishes prepared by Red Owl Tavern’s Executive Chef Jorge Chicas.
 
The Macallan Event will begin with a meet and greet with the National Brand Ambassador of The Macallan, Craig Bridger, and continue with a scotch seminar and a three-course dinner. The featured scotches for the evening include The Macallan 10 year, 12 year, 15 year, 18 year, and Rare. While listening and learning, guests will enjoy dishes like Seared Sea Scallops with succotash, corn puree, and pea tendrils, Lamb Loin with rainbow chard, pickled cranberries, and jus, and Flourless Brownies with Franklin Fountain vanilla ice cream.

Tickets for this unique dinner are $150 and are all inclusive. The event begins with the meet and greet at 6:30 PM on Thursday, March 24. Tickets and more information can be found here
