The ever delicious, Cavanaugh’s Brew & Chew returns on Thursday, February 26. This month’s Brew & Chew takes place at Cav’s Headhouse and features Vermont’s Long Trail Brewing Co.
Never been to a Brew & Chew before? For $30, you’ll enjoy two hours of craft beer and tapas pairings. And the beers aren’t just little tasters either. You’ll get unlimited, full pours of awesome craft beers expertly paired with tapas offerings designed to highlight each brew. It sounds like it’s too good to be true, and that’s why it’s one of our favorite recurring craft beer events in the city.
The menu for Thursday’s event includes:
Long Trail Ale paired with babaganoush over flatbread with sharp provolone, baby arugula, red peppers, extra virgin olive oil and basil
Limbo IPA served with lentil soup with oysters and cilantro radish salad
Double Bag Altbier paired with an oven roast, mushroom sauce, baby carrots and brown gravy
The Brush and Barrel Series Imperial Stout served with tiramisu
