Absinthe & Oysters Happy Hour Now At Sutton's Parlor

The elusive Green Fairy has been spotted in Rittenhouse. Sutton’s Parlor introduces La Fée Verte, an Absinthe & Oyster happy hour every weekday from 5-7 PM. Traditionally, absinthe is made with a mixture of culinary herbs and botanicals like green anise, sweet fennel, and wormwood and is between 90-148 proof. If you wish to sip with the Green Fairy, Absinthe cocktails are available at happy hour for $7. 

Other happy hour specials include $1 oysters, $6 foundations, $5 wines, $4 punches, and $3 cans. Foundation cocktails include Collins, Fizz, Swizzle, Sour, Toddy, and more. Each day, a different foundation cocktail will be featured. The Rittenhouse bar is also working on a specialty cocktail menu that is still under wraps. More on that in the near future, but for now, you’ll catch us sipping with the green fairy.
