Cavanaugh's Rittenhouse Brew and Chew With Victory, March 13

One of our favorite local breweries is featured at the March edition of Brew and Chew at Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse. On Wednesday, March 13, four different beers from Downingtown, PA’s Victory Brewing will be paired with four appetizers from 7-9 PM.

The featured brews from Victory will be Headwaters Pale Ale, Yakima Glory (an American black ale), Braumeister Pils and the brand new Swing Session Saison. Swing was just released this month and uses German malts and grains hopped with both German and American hops. There are also a lot of spices in the mix, including peppercorns, orange peel and fresh lemon zest. What will this flavorful saison pair with? The Brew and Chew is your chance to find out.
