Though it first aired last fall, we happened to catch an episode of Conan last night where Momofuku Milk Bar mistress Christina Tosi teaches O’Brien about one of her most popular desserts: cereal milk. If you remember slurping up the remains of a bowl of your favorite kiddie morning snack, you know how satisfying this liquid can be

Only the pair doesn’t leave the sugar-and-grain-infused dairy to impress on it’s own; they make it about 10 times better by adding ice cream, Kahlua and vodka to create White Russian Cereal Milk Milkshakes. If you’re planning on day-drinking, why not get your meal and booze all in one thick, frosty, delicious package? We know what we’ll be making this weekend.
